Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (Start German 1) Exam Schedule
The official list below lists reserved time periods, not exams that have been confirmed. Check with your instructor if a course has its final exam in this period.
Be sure to read all the Goethe exam terms and guidelines on each exam's webpage prior to you register. Be sure to make sure you register at the correct exam level.
Locations
The Exam Schedule lists locations where DEP conducts operator certification exams. Check out the individual exam pages for additional guidelines, conditions and guidelines and exam content. If you need special accommodations due to chronic disease, visual or hearing impairment or other limitations Contact the exam center and provide a detailed information when you register.
The Faculty Dashboard in Workday has the option of "View My Teaching Schedule" which lets faculty discover their exam schedules. In addition, the Registrar's Office has a list of exam times for courses in which an exam is required by NYSED regulations. Final exams for classes that are held in the evenings are scheduled for the regular class time of the final examination weeks.

Registration
The exam schedule is accessible online, and students are encouraged to look it up. It is important to note that the schedule for exams can change at any time. Therefore, students should consult with their instructors to ensure that they have the correct date and time for their test. Students should also be sure to print the official list and bring it with them for their exams.

Students must also familiarize themselves with the guidelines and conditions of the exam in addition to the exam schedule. They are available on the webpage for each exam. Students acknowledge they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of registration.
Exam sites make every effort to accommodate participants who have special requirements. The nature and extent of these needs must be noted on the registration and confirmed by a medical attestation. Additionally the locations for the exam must be kept confidential.
If a student is scheduled to take three exams scheduled for the same day it is suggested to contact their department or instructor to schedule a make-up exam. It is possible to take three exams on the same day. However, this could cause a lot of stress and can affect the quality of the exam. The professor might not be able give an opportunity to take a makeup test on a different day.
Before taking the test students must prepare by reviewing their study material and practicing their German skills. The exam is a paper-based test which tests the ability to read, speak and write in German. The results of the exam are reported on a scale of A1 to C2. Students who pass the exam are awarded the Goethe-Zertifikat. The certificate confirms that the student has reached the level of language A1. This level corresponds to the initial stage of the six-level scale of competence outlined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. cena egzaminu a1 is free. Students must bring a valid government-issued ID to the test. If they do not present an acceptable photo ID will be disqualified from the examination.
Fees
You will have to pay an examination fee in order to obtain the Goethe-Zertifikat (start German 1) after you have completed your Elan Academy studies. This is in addition to the course fees.
Practice tests allow you to get an understanding of the style of the questions, their wording, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They let you assess your level, discover gaps in knowledge and improve your chances of passing the test.
It is important to note that the exam fee is not refundable. Exam results are only electronically sent, not via phone.
